I RECENTLY SENT A BAD REVIEW BECAUSE OF YOUR PARTING WAYS WITH WAYNE. THIS REVIEW HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. WHEN I HAD MY FORD RANGER TOWED IN, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WAS MY POSITIVE TERMINAL CABLE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND WAS NOT LONG ENOUGH TO BE SPLICED AND THE OTHER END CONNECTED INTO A BOX WHERE IT ALL HAD TO BE REPLACED AND FORD DOES NOT MAKE THAT ANYMORE, BUT WITH THE MECHANICS THERE , THEY THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD TO THE POSITIVE TERMINAL CABLE AND GET IT FIXED FOR ME. SO WITH WHAT THEY WERE ABLE TO DO, I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WITH THAT THEY GET 5 STARS

My 2007 Hyundai Tucson (187,000 miles) showed symptoms of a bad alternator. I had seen the Stamps sign and after talking with Michael Reed I was surprised that they could take my vehicle the next day, Saturday, and have it out by three. Not only was the price over $140 less expensive than the mechanic I had previously used, but instead of the 1 year warrantee I was receiving a 3 year warantee...and it is from NAPA and is good nationwide. My car was ready on time. The price was what was quoted. They did a top to bottom check and sent me an email with what they suggested needs to be done to my vehicle with its high mileage, but there was no "hard sale". I think I have found "My Mechanic".

Dwayne is awesome running the show at this location. I have been there a number of times he has been over-the-top accommodating work has been fantastic and I would highly recommend this place.

First class customer service & repair! From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out the team treated me with priority & efficiency. Great, honest service is what you get and can expect from here. I especially enjoyed the email with pictures update providing a vusual to assist in your decision making before any work is comoleted. This is a level of transparency you don't normally find with others. I walked in super frustrated with my vehicle situation and they were able to turn a bad situation into a good one and earn my business as well as referral/recommendation from here forward.
